Training Cadet Leaders with Professional-Business Games in Military Education

This study introduces a methodology for using professional-business games to develop leadership skills in cadets during L-1B level tactical military education. Focused on training cadets in the discipline of "Combat Use of Military Communication Systems and Complexes," this approach aims to prepare future officers for real-world challenges. The methodology emphasizes practical, scenario-based learning, allowing cadets to engage in typical and atypical training tasks. By simulating real combat scenarios, cadets develop critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills in high-pressure situations.

The study highlights the importance of integrating this innovative teaching method into the military education system, especially in the context of current global security challenges. It demonstrates how professional-business games can enhance cadets’ adaptability and leadership potential, ensuring they are well-prepared for the complexities of modern military operations.

By modernizing traditional teaching methods, this approach creates a dynamic learning environment that aligns with the strategic goals of the military, fostering a new generation of capable and resilient leaders.
